We are looking for a female roommate from February to June 2022

We have one bed available for a female roommate in a room in an apartment in Koper. The apartment (76 m2 in total) consists of room I (17 m2 - three beds) and room II (13 m2 - two beds) and the following common areas shared only by female students living in the apartment: spacious living room with dining area (~ 28 m2) , kitchen (~ 8 m2), bathroom (~ 5 m2) and entrance hall (~ 5 m2).

The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, new washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, new refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning, security door, internet installation, .... The apartment is well lit, as the windows are on the N, S and W sides. Room with a rental bed has a view of the sea and the entire old part of Koper (as shown in the attached picture). Parking is available directly in front of the building.

- The old part of Koper (with faculties in the center) is approx. 1.7 km walk.
- Izola Hospital (Faculty of Health Sciences) is 2.2 km away.
The nearest city bus stop (price for students: 5 € / month) is 200 m away from the apartment (stops are also located in the immediate vicinity of the faculties). Near the apartment (500 - 600 m) there is also a supermarket Mercator, post office, bank, clinic, pharmacy, ...

Valid for stays until the end of June 2022.
The price for 1 bed in a room: 230 € / month.
Operating costs: ~ 20 EUR / person for consumed electricity, water, garbage collection, internet (billing received invoice from suppliers, which is shared between the persons using the apartment). All other costs are ALREADY INCLUDED in the monthly rent.
