Mystery Shopper

We are looking for auditors, who can visit places such as shopping centres or restaurants in Klaipeda, in order to measure the quality of customer service. The wage for one audit is 15 Euros.

Requirements:

• availability
• the ability to easily establish contacts
• openness
• ability to use Microsoft Excel
• fluent Lithuanian
• communicative English or Polish
• experience as a mystery shopper in the past is much welcomed
