Its too windy for me, but if you live there long enough, you get used to it.

In students hostel its 45euros for rent and about 100 for food, its minimal.
In rooms for rent its maybe about 100euros for rent and also 100 for food.

favorite spot for me is 'Vytauto Didziojo Gimnazija'

clubs, bars, theres a lot of them, hard to miss them
