What is it like to live in Klaipeda? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

During all the time that I have lived there I can say that it is a great city for a vacation.I would recommend visiting it.The city is quite big and it is easy to find your way around.

What is the student lifestyle like in Klaipeda?

I am sorry I dont know.

How much does it cost to live in Klaipeda?

A month would cost from 1500 to 2500 lt.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Klaipeda? Is there any advice you can give?

Yes it is easy.There are many webpages where you can look.For example: skelbiu.lt

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is good.My favourite is cold red beet soup.

What places would you recommend visiting in Klaipeda?

The old town in the city centre,the beach,the dolphinarium.

Is it good to eat out in Klaipeda? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes there are many places where you can eat out.My favourite place is Mabela.But I strongly recommend not to go there at nigth after 9 pm and when it gets dark because there are a lot of drunk people coming to that place.

Is the nightlife good in Klaipeda? Where is good to go?

I strongly recommend not to walk around the city at night and especially near the night club Kalifornija.

What advice would you give future students heading to Klaipeda?

Before going to klaipeda I recommend to look up on the internet about the most dangerous streets of the city.Because Klaipeda has got certain places where you shouldnt hang out at night.
