What is it like to live in Khartoum? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

khartoum is a big city have the third of population of sudan so it's kindly crowded, kindly dirty but living there is fantastic

What is the student lifestyle like in Khartoum?

Study there is not just studying, student will be enriched with culture, generally it will help student to form their charachter, friendship is different from any other place in the world

How much does it cost to live in Khartoum?

Housing average for good places = 200 USD/month/persom
eating good food = 100 USD/month/persom
travelling = 100 USD/month/persom
Other expences = 200 USD/month/persom

Total about = 500 USD/month/persom
Notice this cost may handle two people ore may be enough for you and your wife if you  economised in expenditure

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Khartoum? Is there any advice you can give?

Generally Not difficult, but a weak before start earching in property offices

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Tasty (for sudanses ofcourse ) but fish is cooked in a good manner there, meat a favourable meal also: gorasa, Aseeda, kisra are the popular dishes there

What places would you recommend visiting in Khartoum?

Tooti Iland, Gabal Al awleyaa, Soog Albaga (ombadda), Alkabbahy gardens, Albasigat Resort near Nabta Residential scheme

Is it good to eat out in Khartoum? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Is the nightlife good in Khartoum? Where is good to go?

Yes
Nile street (in Bahry, Khartoum and Omdurman)

What advice would you give future students headed to Khartoum?

Make a good relationships with people they are very good, very generous, but takecare and donot underestimate any one who ever he was
