Online store operator with Romanian language

At the newly opened branch in Chorzów (near Katowice), located in Invest Park Hajduki, we are building a support team for our clients. Your tasks will include:

• communication in Romanian with customers of online stores operating in Romania via phone, e-mail and chat,

• communication with teams of online stores in Polish or English,

• handling courier shipments arriving at the office address. 

On your position, you will need the following competences, to assist in conducting interviews with customers online stores:

• strong communication skills

• conscientiousness in performing duties

• ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks

• knowledge of the Romanian language in speech and writing at the level of a native speaker

• knowledge of Polish or English at a communicative level

Additional advantages will be:

• experience in working in a similar position

• knowledge of the e-commerce industry in Romania

• knowledge of other foreign languages
