For our customer based in Katowice and Cologne we are looking for a committed and motivated employee for the division „Service Desk“, who would like to work in a young and dynamic environment.
Tasks:
• Assistance of the division „Service desk“, qualified (by phone or written) assumption and evaluation of incoming requests
• Support of users in dealing with IT-applications (also via remote software)
• Finding solutions within specified scope
• Documentation, classification and prioritization incoming Hard- and Software incidents using a central Helpdesk system
• Forwarding of tickets to appropriate support units
Requirements:
• One of the following language combinations fluent in spoken and written is indispensable German/Spanish or English/Spanish or Polish/Spanish
• Good knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft products
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and confident appearance
• Ability to work in a team and service-oriented mind
• Structured approach
