43 years old woman, looking for an apparment only for me in the city center of Katowice

I am looking for an appartment close to the city center and close to the public transport to get the campus University easily. I don,t want to share the apparment because I need a quite space for my studies. I am 43 years old and I am going to study for 4 months in Katowice so the owner of the flat can be sure that I will take care of the apartment and I will not do parties or things like that there. I am a very responsible and serious person.
