20 years old girls, looking for accomodation in katowice

We are two students from Colombia, we will go to Katowice to make a student exchange for the first half of 2020, we are young and it is our first time in Poland, we are looking for a comfortable accommodation, with two rooms, that has a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, heater, fridge and basic implements. We are looking for a safe place, a good neighborhood, that has shopping centers or parks nearby. We are also looking for something near the economic university of Katowice, or that is easily accessible for public transport. We like tranquility, we are very tidy and responsible.
