The Chocolate Factory

I have visited the Blue Mountains Chocolate Factory several times, and it never fails to disappoint. The chocolate is all made on site, there is a large glass panel in one of the walls so that you can see into the room where it is made, sometimes there are free tasting sessions. Do not leave here without having tried some of the hot chocolate, it is delicious, and slightly different to normal. You are given a tray with a tall glass of milk, which is warmed by a candle underneath and a pot of chocolate buttons, add the buttons to the milk to make it as chocolately as you want, mix until the chocolate melts and then drink! It is a little more expensive than your traditional hot chocolate, but worth it for sure. The staff are all friendly and the interior is very comforting. Make sure you pick up some chocolate to take home for your friends.
