PhD student visiting Karlsruge for two months

I am a quiet PhD student who are visiting Fraunhofer ISI and would prefer a nearby place. I am looking for a single room with access to the kitchen and preferably with washing machine and dryer.
I do not have problems with pets such as dogs or cats.
I prefer flatmates who do not smoke.
