Why did you choose to go to Karlskrona, Sweden?

I'm studying software engineering at BTH.

What is the student lifestyle like in Karlskrona?

Although it's a very pretty town there's not much to do here. But there are activities you can join like acroyoga, climbing, esn gatherings, dancing etc.

What is the food like?

You can get several varieties like indian, japanese, thai, mediterranean.

How much does it cost to live in Karlskrona?

Including food and rent, it costs around 4000-6000 sek.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There are several swedish courses at the university. But most swedish are really good at speaking English so haven't faced any issues with language so far.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Karlskrona from your city?

If the weather is good you can walk or cycle anywhere. Otherwise there's a pretty good bus system.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Karlskrona?

There's a good indian restaurant opposite school.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Karlskrona in the future?

If you try and find stuff to do, Karlskrona is pretty nice to live in.
