I am sorry being so harsh about it , but I would never imagine how boring and dead is this city .better say village , cause just on the map it shows you the area of a city but when you are in, you realize how small it is , and it's an extended city , the only place you can see daily life and it's a bit more alive in the city is in and around "K in Lautern" which was built on 2015 , idk how people were living here before that , cause it's the only shopping center. The public transportation is just Bus and it's not that frequent and convenient.
The Rent in the city center is also as expensive as in Mainz or Saarbrücken. Although it's smaller.
If you are from a big city you can't stand this town believe me ! It's just a cemetery after 6 pm !
