Looking for accomodation in Jerusalem, near Hebrew University

I, 57 years old (no joke), have the unique opportunity to study at the university for one semester during my active professional life. Everything is already settled, but unfortunately not the accommodation. Therefore, I am urgently looking for a room from mid-October 2023 to the end of January 2024, whether as a small apartment, 1-room apartment or in a shared apartment, as close as possible to the university.

What is there to say about me: Orderly and quiet fellow who mainly wants to spend his time learning Hebrew as efficiently as possible (through concentrated learning and through social contact with native speakers).
