22 year old boy looking for accommodation in Jena

Hello everyone, I am Zahid from Azerbaijan. I will be joining Ernst Abbe University in Jena for a 2-year master's degree course in Scientific Instrumentation. I am a non-smoker and rarely drink. I like keeping my surroundings tidy. The accommodation that I am looking for in Jena doesn't have to be near the university, it could be 10 or 12 km away. Due to limited opportunities and considering the fact that the studies are about to begin soon, I am URGENTLY looking for a place to stay, under 300 euros, after arrival in Jena. I am open to discussions and offers.
