What is it like to live in Jakarta? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Live in Jakarta, can be quite hustle and bustle. Everything in hurry, and most of the time you will trapped in traffic jam. So, it's better if mobile schedule close from your accommodation, otherwise you can be trapped in hours traffic jam especially on before and after office hours.

What is the student lifestyle like in Jakarta?

Variously, depends on your social environmental.

How much does it cost to live in Jakarta?

Approximately about IDR 3 Millions per month.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Jakarta? Is there any advice you can give?

I don't think so.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Great. Jakarta, place of various cuisine you can find. My favorite dishes, most of Indonesia's foods, such as: baso, Pempek, soto, siomay, gado-gado, satay Ayam, and many more.

What places would you recommend visiting in Jakarta?

Ayam Gathari, Pempek pak Raden, Rumah Makan sederhana, many more.

Is it good to eat out in Jakarta? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes, it's good to eat out in Jakarta. My favorite spots, Street foods that you can find everywhere in Jakarta.

Is the nightlife good in Jakarta? Where is good to go?

I am not fans of nightlife. So I could say anything about this.

What advice would you give future students heading to Jakarta?

Learning "bahasa" is must, if you are planning to stay for years. Because most of Indonesian people's could not speak English or other foreign language.
