35 years old girl looking for 1 flatmate

I am looking for a flatmate (either girl or boy)  to share a flat with. I found 2 candidate flats close to the university. Both has 2 bathrooms and 2-3 rooms, price varies between 250 and 325 euros. Not the cheapest, but both of us could have our independence and the fun of a shared flat at the same time. I am a non-smoking, easygoing, tidy person, and I am looking for someone with similar characteristics.
