Hello, I’m Joy.
I will be an exchange student at the University of Hain from August 27, 2024, to February 22, 2025. I’m looking for a room to rent for less than 200 euros per month. I am open to discussing water and electricity costs separately. I live alone and do not have pets. I prefer the room to be close to an ALSA bus stop and it would be great if there’s a nearby supermarket.
I can accept a smoking-permitted room, although I personally do not smoke. I am committed to taking good care of the rented space and hope that my roommates will also maintain cleanliness and be friendly with each other.
