20 year old girl looking for accomodation in Jaen with other students and no pets

Hi, I'm looking for roommates to live with in Jaén, Spain from September 2024 to May 2025. I would preferably like to live with two other girls who are the same age and possibly go to University. I would like roommates who speak both English and Spanish. I would like to have my own room but I don't mind sharing a kitchen in a small apartment. I would like to live somewhere near Villanueva del Arzobispo and perhaps near a town centre so the commute there would be easier. I would like to live somewhere where bills are included to make costs easier. If it's possible, I would also like to live with someone who's also a part of the English Language Assistantship or British Council so that there are some things in common but as I said I would also like to live with students too.
