Hi everyone !

I live in İzmir with my sister. We rent a room for erasmus girls student. I am an architect. I work in freelance at homeoffice.

Our home is in Balçova and 10 minutes from Fahrettin Altay Metro Station (Public Transport). We share living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. 

We don't accept pet in our home. There is no smoke inside home, you can use the balcony or terrace. 

Price for a month 250 € (inside bills)
