Generally, what is Izmir Institute of Technology like?
The campus has enough own facilities but far from city approx. 60 km. no parties enough. Not easy to pass for erasmus students because this place is a technical institute.
What are the facilities like?
swimming pool, gym, football and basketball areas (close/open), no enough pubs.
Are the lessons easy in Izmir Institute of Technology?
not easy.
Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?
Of course there are some organised activities but 1 for a semester.
Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?
Yes I do. If you wanna teach something as an erasmus student, you can find easily best labs or profs.
Are there any stories you can share?
I was studying chemical engineering in IZTECH. Not specific story but I really enjoyed in there.
