Software localization - translation (Russian, Italian, Spanish, etc.)

We produce software solutions for several different industry areas like retail, shopping malls, automative, finance, etc. We're a local-Turkish company and nowadays we plan to expand to Russia, Middle East and Europe. 

We need our software solutions and marketing materials (presentation, brochure, etc) to be translated into Russia, Spanish, Dutch, French, German and Italian. 

About pricing, together we can agree on how many hours it requires to translate the whole screen writings and documents; than pay half at start, half at the end of job.
