Part-time geological assistant in Turkey

I am seeking a student (preferably in earth sciences or mining engineering) based in Turkey for administrative and documentary research work on mineral resources in Turkey. He/she would work as a free-lance assistant and should be reliable and able to work independently. He/she should also read and understand English,  French or German.
