Looking for Instructive friend

We are looking a playmate for my son who is 3 years old just for  1 or 2 hours per day. He learns very quickly.  For this reason, We would like to teach him at least 1 foreign language.

Our first expectation is that He/ She plays/speaks with my son in his/ her native language while my son is playing. We think that learning process must be in his natural flow .

Second expectation is that We prefer English , German , Spanish or French.
