Hostel Staff

Colony is located at Setüstü Kabataş, in a residential neighborhood. Ideal candidate will be responsible for above explained operations of a 3-floor hostel building with 7 rooms and 30+ beds.

Job purpose

Delivering friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy

Cleaning all areas of the hostel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hostel cleanliness.

Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, with the key aim of delivering food to our customers within 10 minutes.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or University Student
• Be able to communicate in English
• No experience required
• Willing to work in a friendly small scale facility.
• Responsible
• Committed to customer satisfaction
• Enthusiastic for doing a great job.
• Organized
• Knowledgeable for safety and hygiene issues.
• Great team worker

• have proof of right to work in the Turkey
• have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the hostel
