English speaking playmate

We are looking for a native English speaking female playmate to take care of our son(3.5 years old) and to help him to improve his English. We need the playmate on weekends for 3-4 hours from November 2018 onwards. My husband and I both professors and we live in Istanbul Acarkent/Beykoz. 

Your main job would play with him indoor or outdoor and support him for English speaking etc. .We only want you to interact in English so your communication skills with children must be good.
