English speaking playmate

We are looking for an english speaking playmate(with good communication skills) for our sons(2,5 and 5,5 years old) on a 3 hours basis, twice a week. Working hours might be planned as 15.00 to 18.00. The older child comes to home at 16.30. So,the first 1,5 hours will be just with the younger boy and  the remaining 1,5 hours to be dealt with both of them.The main responsibilities will be just to speak english and play with them.( legos,puzzles or whatever you like depending on your creativity) There will be another person at home who will be taking care of them such as changing diapers,feeding etc
