THE SCOPE OF RESPONIBILITIES:

• Realising the orders,
• Customer verification,
• Processing daily orders and being responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store,
• Coordinating the orders realisation process,
• Constant correspondence with our customers,

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Very good English or German or French skills - OBLIGATORY CONDITION,
• Good computer and Internet skills,
• Good knowledge about computer games like MMO, RPG, etc.,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Good organisation and time management,
• Goals orientation,,
• Responsibility and self-reliance,
• Availability (working also on weekends, night shifts, holidays),
• High resistance to stress

ADDITIONAL SKILS:

• experience in working in e-commerce,
