Customer Service Specialist

You will be responsible for:

Supporting customers of online stores including:

• orders processing

• verification of customers

• coordination of orders processing

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of one of the following languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swedish

• good computer and internet skills

• communication skills

• teamwork skills

• good work organization and time management skills,

• focus on objectives

• responsibility and self-reliance

• availability (work on weekends)

• stress tolerance
