sharing a private room for a brother or sister for my sons 10 - 12 years old..

Hello all world:) 

I am looking for a brother or sister for my sons who will take care of them at week days from 15:00 - 19:00.  And offering a private room for this job. There will be cleaning lady 2 days a week (will clean your room and iron your clothes too)  So no cleaning work. You can use share parts of house. I have medium size dog at house so you must be good with dogs:) Have 2 bathrooms, fiber inernet. There is no tv. house at the 6. floor of the apartment which is 12 floors.  My house is very close to train so you can go easly anywhere in istanbul.
