We are two uni students (I'm a French male and my flatmate is a Franco-Turkish female) looking for a third person to share our flat. The apartment is about 140m². It has one large living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 WC. Since it is on the 6th floor, it also has an elevator. The apartment is about 5-10 min by foot from Şişli - Mecidiyeköy metro station on the M2, one of the reason why we chose it. As you have probably already heard, Şişli is a very well located, central area on the European side of the city.
Price : 550 TL or 240 euros. Extra bills, including electricity, gas, water, the Internet and service charge are around 100 TL. So the total price each month is 650 TL.
