It's big, clean and nice, has parking are, there's also an elevator, and kind of janitor who is gardening and helping to you. The rent is 300€ per person. By the way Fulya/Sisli is one the central parts of Istanbul. My apartment is located in the middle of Besiktas, Mecidiyekoy, Taksim and Nisantasi.
