I live in a spacious and cozy two-bedroom apartment in Beşiktaş, Abbasağa, and I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom to a female flatmate.

I’m an artist, quiet, tidy, and respectful. I speak fluent English and have lived abroad before. The apartment is smoke-free, and for mutual comfort, I prefer not to have overnight guests.

The flat is very close to Bahçeşehir University and Yıldız Technical University, and within walking distance to metro, metrobus, tram, and bus lines. The street itself is lively with cafes, markets, and everything you might need.

Rent: 30,000 TL + one month deposit.
