Private Room for Rent in a Family-based Large Flat

We have a family-based flat with an extra large and fully furnished room. We prefer a foreign female student age 18-25 years old. French/English speaking students are also more prefered and welcome.

There is a seperate private room avilable for rent.

Our house is in central location at Sisli which is considered as one of the main city centers. One of the biggest advantage of our location is the access to main transportation lines such as subway, metrobus (bus rapid transit, that connects both European and Asian sides) and buses. Easy access to stores, shopping malls, pharmacies, coffee shops and pattiseries, sport centers and all other facilities are another advantages of our house. It takes 5 minutes walk to Cevahir shopping mall (one of the biggest malls of Europe) and subway station, seven minutes walk to metrobus and fifteen minutes walk to Besiktas seaside.

The room is our house is furnished. There is also a printer and copy machine avaibale for use. Three beautiful balconies exists in the house that can be used and enjoyed together with the family living in the house. You can feel yourself at home living with a family (with 2 young daughter 12 and 16). Moreover, there is also one piano for those who love playing it. House lady in also a paiting fan. The fully equiped kitchen is shared with the family and there are two bathrooms. 

All utility bills and high-speed internet fees are included.
