Need accommodation

I am Abdullah Munir, student and I'm from Pakistan. My university name is Üsküdar University. I am looking for an accomodation near my university or in Üsküdar. I'm friendly, talkative, and an open mind person. I'm looking for accommodation with friendly neighbourhood. 

I need accomodation in 900tl (including bills). The accomodation should have wifi, kitchen, well furnished room, and a bathroom. kitchen should have basic thing in it like, Cooking utensils, owen, and it would be fantastic, if it has a dishwasher as well. 
In the room, there should be a good bed, a table for studying with chairs, a wardrobe etc.
