One room of my 2+1 house in Bayrampaşa Kartaltepe Enver street is empty. The walking distance to the trauma is 3 minutes and the walking distance to the M1a metro is 15 minutes. Half an hour to YTU Davutpaşa Campus. Since I take care of most of the house, I have to ask for payment. Naturally, I don't want much noise at home as I am a senior student.
