Looking for accommodation in Istanbul close to the Boğaziçi University

I am looking for a nice room that is located close to the Bogazici university, with a separate bathroom. Since I am going to write my master thesis during this period, I would love to have roommates who also prefer not to party too much and maybe cook/workout together and visit parks, museums and restaurants. Unfortunately I cannot walk too much, since I had an accident 2 years ago, therefore I would love to find something as close as possible to the Bogazici. I don't smoke and don't eat meat, and would be happy to find a room that includes a balcony.
