Hi there , as of July 1st my flat in Kadıköy, Yeldeğirmeni will have one free room. The room is 12qm2 and pretty cozy. It already has a single bed and a cupboard in so all you need is a suitcase. The house is right across Söğütlüçeşme Train Station so it is pretty central and has easy access from all across the city. The apartment has a 7 month old border collie pup living in it. I am thinking of charging 450€ but its negotiable.
