looking for a housemate, Single room for rent , Kadıköy

Hello, I am a student at University and looking for a housemate. The room will be available from 1th of september till  1th of march .  Flat  is furnished and have 2 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen ,1 bathroom and 1 balcony .The room which is rent have armchair,  bookshelf,  wardrobe , chest of drawers, bed base (no bed). Living room ,kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Also flat have wifi,7/24 hot water, heating and all basic kitchen and bathroom staff .

My home is close;

To  metrobus 5 min

To metro 10 min

To Bus or minibüs 2 min

To Marmaray or Kadıköy 15 min (It's quite near to ferry station and marmaray. From marmaray and ferry station, you can go Taksim, levent, Besiktas, Kabatas, Eminonu, Karakoy )To Dogus University , Okan University 5 min 

Another details;

Rent + bills (electricity, heating,water,internet) cost 250 euro per month

The house is a mostly non smoking environment. But It also has an  balcony  where you can smoke

All cleaning  and cooking stuff costs will be shared.
