Looking for a flat near Bogazici in Istanbul Winter 2023/2024

Hi my name is Dennis, I am 26 years old and from Germany. I am currently studying for my master's degree in Würzburg. During the fall semester of 2023/2024 I am going to attend Bogazici University for an Erasmus Exchange. Therefore I am looking for a flat near the University, ideally on the European side of Istanbul. This will be my first Erasmus exchange, and I am really looking forward to it.

To my character and person: I would consider myself a pretty social, open guy who enjoys hanging out with friends whether it be just going for brunch, or going to a party. Otherwise, I am kind of a fitness freak, loving to go to the gym and get active (so hopefully there is a gym nearby). Regarding living lifestyle, I enjoy a clean and nice atmosphere, therefore I am pretty tidy myself. I work part-time in Home Office so I kind of need my space to work, but can adjust myself if necessary.
