I'm a 18 y.o. boy, looking for a stude room in Istanbul, with all bills included, centralized location, near Besiktas.

I'm an 18 year old boy from Mozambique who is going to pursue his studies at the Bahcesehir University. So I'm looking for a shared student apartment or private room, in Istanbul, near Besiktas, with all bills included (internet, electricity, water, etc). Possibly in a university or students dormitority so I can better settle. The University has to be within walking distance and at most 30 minutes away from the apartment/room by bus.
