I need roommate for Native English language

Hello, I live alone in Istanbul.  I am looking for a roommate to learn English.  I don't want pounds.  A room in a standard apartment.  I want to improve my English by chatting at suitable times in the evening.  The house is in Kadıköy, very close to the metro and metrobus.  Personal expenses and kitchen expenses are shared or everyone pays for himself.  I don't want to rent a room, instead chat in English.  It is necessary to meet first.  I live in a safe house and neighborhood.
