I am looking for a student to rent my daughter's room in Suadiye/Kadikoy where I live with my 2 cats.

Hi! I’m Kamila, who is 60 years old and a mother of a 21-year-old girl studying in Canada. I want to rent her room together with its furniture to a student, also offering to cook for you from time to time as much as I can. I live at the entrance level of an apartment in Suadiye, Kadikoy with my 2 very calm female cats, which are 12 and 6 years old and have all their check-ups done. They are used to human company and love petting and attention. Besides them, I live alone and am self-employed working from home. I’m clean and organized, and prefer a quiet and tidy home space. The street of my house is connected to the Minibus Avenue (not the real name, but that’s what we call it due to the blue minibus itinerary reaching from Kadikoy to Kartal/Pendik) where you are at 2 minutes reach to M8 Subway. 3 streets down is the Bagdat Avenue where you can have access to shared taxis. Still, of course, there are many other different mass transportations, but the ones I mentioned are specific to their areas. Before coming to Bagdat Avenue there is Marmaray Rail Line which takes 5 minutes to arrive on foot and through that you can easily transfer to other metro lines like M2 and M4 Subway. I have A1 level English in speaking, but I can comprehend and understand most of the things that are being said even if I can’t reply to it that well. I would like to learn more and get better at it, while also help you learn more Turkish. Wi-Fi being included, the rent for my daughter’s room is €500 monthly.
