I am looking for a room

Hello, I'm Ezgi. I am 28 years old. I am a professional musician, a teacher and  a private sector employee.  I am looking for a room. I am a social drinker. The roommate may a social drinker or may not be a drinker. I don't smoke indoors at home. If there is a balcony, I will smoke there, otherwise I will not smoke at home. Roommate cannot smoke in the house. Or we can smoke tobacco in an airy place. There may be cats in the house. There can be a dog in a house with a garden. It can be a roommate, student, teacher, civil servant, private sector employee. Women can be between the ages of 20-70. Men can be between the ages of 20-38. The price I can pay for the room is 1500 TL for now. (I will share the details with you if we like each other in general).
