Hello there,

Let’s start with the location first. This is the heart of Istanbul… a youth center!

The apartment is located at the center of Istanbul and center of Besiktas. It's at sea level and a minute far from Besiktas avenue .You can find anything you want in 100 m around the apartment like groceries, pubs, stores, parks, hospitals, cinemas, otoparks, theatre, clubs, parking, cafes, pharmacies, transportation etc.  Restaurants open for 24 hours… You can find great outfits in its shopping center. You can go everywhere by sea motor, ferry, sea taxi, bus, minibus, taxi, uber or metro subway. Several universities are side by side, hence the young population. You can attend many activities with the schools. There are areas for basketball. You can have a drink in the cafes with a sea view accompanied by the songs of the birds. Here is the distance between the schools. 

The flat is at Besiktas-Yildiz, five minutes away from the transportation area. It is walking distance to Yildiz Technical University (YTU),Bahcesehir University (BAU) and Galatasaray University and Mimar Sinan University.

-5 min by walk to sea side and all pubs, restaurants and stores, close to every markets,pharmacies,bazaars,stations whatever you want to find.

-10 min by bus to Taksim or Ortakoy, 5 min by bus to Kabatas, 10 min by bus to Sisli or Levent

-You can go all parts of Istanbul by bus 24/7

-1 min by walk to Bahcesehir University

-5 min by walk to Yildiz Technical University

-10 min by walk to Mimar Sinan Fine Art University, Galatasaray University and close to Bogazici and Istanbul Technical Universty.

Besiktas where you can:

- walk to besiktas square within 2 minutes where you can find anything you need

- walk to the ferry within 2 minutes (the ferry goes to the Anatolian side, Uskudar is 7 minutes and Kadikoy is 20 minutes distance with the ferry)

- go to Taksim (heart of the nightlife and cultural events, also includes the Galata Tower-The Istiklal Avenue-Cite de Pera) in 10 minutes by just taking the bus, it's even shorter if you take the minibus

- have a nice walk to Ortakoy or Bebek (you'll be companied with the view of bosphorus while walking) within 10 minutes

- go to Historical Peninsula-Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque-Hagia Sophia-Topkapi Palace-Basilica Cistern) in 20 minutes also

- go to transportaion centers like Kabatas, Mecidiyekoy, Taksim in 10 minutes and then you can go wherever you want in Istanbul

This calm and peaceful apartment is on the fifth floor w/no elevator but you will enjoy to use beautiful art-deco stairs and it's very quite all day long with no traffic sounds but you can hear bird's (mostly seagulls) if you like them. It's very sunny all summer and even winter time so there is no humidity at all and summer time you will enjoy breeze sea wind so it will refresh you!..

It's perfect living place for students, painters, writers, artists, teachers etc.No extreme partying or loud music please.There are lots of second hand shops just in the same neighborhood and they are very effordable prices so you can get them easily!.. 

Instead of renting a room or being a roommate w/someone get rush and take whole flat for yourself or you can get your own roommate (only one allowed) if you want to share the rent!..

The price is 600 euro for a month including bills. (electricty, Internet and water included, heating). One month deposit required. And of course you'll get your deposit back when you're leaving.

TAKSiM/KADIKOY/USKUDAR 

10 min to TAKSIM avenue on foot / 20 min to Kadikoy by boat / 8 min to Uskudar by boat 

Roof; with terrace and bath

 

There is a bath that belongs to you only. This bath is a cute, good clean one with a shower cabin. You have a terrace where you can hear the ships and the seaguls. It has got large eat in kitchen with living area, one large bedroom, mid sized second room and large bathroom.You can do your barbecue or you can get your private suntan (nobody can see you) in the terrace in summer time which is very cute and versatile...You can watch amazing panoramic view of city landscape w/skyscrapers to the islands or sea view while you do your breakfast in this terrace!..Also if you wake up early enough you will be mesmerised by full sunrise view and afternoon you will enjoy the sunset!..So if you need some peace and relaxation, then you shouldn't really miss to ssee this unique apartment. The entrance to this room has its own lock and it is from the building door. There is this second room right opposite. You can put your stuff there as well. TV, kettle, bed for two with base, dresser drawers, mirror, carped and a great wardrobe. All the stuff is brand new. Kitchen is downstairs and for common use. Don’t worry. Any reasonable expectation of your will be granted… except for air conditioner.

We don't have any problem with smoking and drinking in the rooms but smoking is not allowed in the common closed areas. Your guests will be welcomed all the time.

I am pretty careful about the cleanliness of my environment, so i would appreciate a flatmate who is as careful as me. Long term stays are ok. 

Kitchen;

 

Common use. Including dish machine, iron, washing mashine, tea machine, oven, stove, exhaust hood, fork, spoon, knife, pan, pots and everything for cooking. Kitchen for share.

 

 

Bath;

 

It is really wide and there is a shower cabin. Hot water for 24 hours for sure  

Attic;

 

There is a wide attic on the roof floor. You can put your rare used stuff there. There is also a huge hall at the entrance of the house!

 

Cleaning;

 

That’s of utter importance! Once in three days, everyone will do cleaning… of the kitchen, hall, genera cleaning of the bathroom and his/her room. Other than that, the mess in the bathroom and the kitchen will be your responsibility when you use it and you will tidy up/clean it. To respect each other in a house of common use is the most important thing above all.
