house contract for rent

 hello, i am taha alyas a foreigner from iraq and i came to istanbul and looking for a rental apartment.  i rented a place and they have tricked me. and now  i do not wish to stay in my apartment. and they know i do not speak Turkish and they are using it for their benefit. would you please be upfront with me and tell me all detials  if you rent for foreigners or. ot and total price you offering?. i am a student graduated and lived in the America. returned to be able to see my family who can not come to the U.S to se me due to thier age. and now i am stuck with these i do not know what to call them. any one is willing to help without thinking to robbe me?
