Female Student looking for flatmate

I'm a Swedish student going on an exchange to Istanbul for the fall semester of 2013, and hoping to find someplace to stay, preferably with nice room mates, and close to Bogazici University. In other words, I am looking for someplace to stay from September 2013 to January 2014. Location close to the University as well as the city centre is important to me, but beggars can't be choosers.

I am a clean non-smoker who only listens to music when I'm cleaning or doing the dishes. Sometimes I listen to the news. If sound bothers you, I'm cool with silence. I enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinner, but not necessarily for rowdy parties.

When it comes to the apartment itself, I would very much like to have a proper kitchen, so that I can try out new dishes. Moreover, a dishwasher would be great, as would a washing machine.

Gender is not an issue for me, as long as you are a decent, respectful, not too loud, clean, room mate. It is important for me to have people to talk to, but also to have my personal space, in the form of my own room, if possible. Thus, I am looking to share an apartment with several people who I get along with, perhaps other students with shared interests.

In my downtime, I enjoy watching TV series such as Doctor Who and Game of Thrones, hanging out, being creative, reading, working out, and occasionally going out to dance with good friends. I would be really happy to live with Turkish people (as well as with internationals), since I am hoping to practice my Turkish.
