English ERASMUS Student, looking for accommodation near Bogazici University

I am a confident and friendly guy looking for accommodation near to, either by foot or public transport, the Bogazici University in Istanbul. I'm not that fussy about the type of accommodation but would prefer bills to be included in the rent. As for my roommates I prefer them to be able to speak at least some english and for them to be friendly and welcoming.
