CENTRAL LOCATED HOUSE İN ISTANBUL

Hello:)İ am  25years old boy,editor assistant at film,advertisement industry.I am looking for a housemate for my extra room.İ am living with my sister for now she is doctor and she will start to live in another city in Turkey for her job.So i will start to live alone at the beginning of june.İ am looking for girl or boy for the room.The room is full furnished as you can see  in my account photos.My sister will just take her personal stuff and clothes.So you can just bring your clothes.Also the house is full furnished.You can be student or working.The house is really well located in İstanbul.It is in Cerrahpaşa and very close to the bus stop( 1 min by walking),subway 8 min by walking.,tram (5 min by walking)It is 15 min to Sultanahmet,20 min. to Taksim.(these are exmp for touristic places).The house is also really close to the good hospitals.(Cerrahpaşa medical school,Çapa medical school).You can use the everything in the house,as your house.The most important thing for me is mutual respect.İ can describe myself funny,friendly and open mind person.Rent money is 400 euro and it is also including electicity,water,natural gas bills.
