Beşiktaş Center 3-bedroom flat looking for flatmate

Hey everyone, I'm Mert from Istanbul.
I am looking for short/mid term rental to my 3+1 flat in Beşiktaş Center (min 4 months possible).
Full flat available from 01 February, Room available from 01 January. It's the perfect location for students in BAU, ITU, YTU, Galatasaray, Bilgi, Nişantaşı, Marmara. 
Flat is around 130m2, just a few mins by walk to Beşiktaş Square, ferries deck and main bus stop, 1min radius to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Our street is very quiet and clean, not noisy like other streets in Beşiktaş
2 rooms are 20m2 with garden view, 1 room is 15m2 with street view.Flat has all needed furniture and amenities for family / students. All rooms have double bed, wardrobe, working desk and needed equipments, one room has a nice balcony.
I’m looking for; someone tidy and responsible for general living rules.
